NORWEGIAN SALMON (SALMO SALAR)

Available in all sizes from 1–2 kg to 9 kg+. Can be supplied fresh or frozen all year round. The fish is supplied gutted and normally with the head on, but can also be supplied without gills and head.

RAINBOW TROUT (ONCORHYNCHUS MYKISS)

Available in the sizes 1–5 kg. Can be supplied fresh or frozen for most of the year. The fish is supplied gutted and normally with the head on, but can also be supplied without the head.
